  • Provide IT support services through the Penta Help Desk app
  • Send push notifications about your support tickets

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your data is only accessible to Penta Technology staff members who need it to provide support services to you. We do not share your information with any external parties except as required by law.

Push Notifications

We use Expo Push Notifications to send you updates about your support tickets, including new messages from staff, status changes, and ticket assignments.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings under Notifications → Penta Help Desk.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of push notifications at any time

Children's Privacy

The Penta Help Desk app is intended for use by businesses and their employees. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
